My clients describe me as genuine, professional and approachable. My style is authentic, to the point and kind. More importantly, my purpose is to help clients achieve their goals – whether short or long term – in a way and at a speed that works for them so they can move on to a healthier, fulfilling life.
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Notre Dame de Namur University in 1995, and in 2006 completed my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of San Francisco.
My formal education, as well as my experience in corporate and legal management, parenthood and navigating life’s challenges has allowed me to empathize and understand how and why people need support.
