Therapy
Sometimes, life throws us a punch that impacts how we see the world, how we see ourselves in the world and how we feel about ourselves. It is very common for unresolved issues or trauma to prevent us from embracing change and living a fulfilled, healthy and connected life. Resistance to transitions or changes commonly result in behaving in ways that we know are unproductive, but we do it anyway because that’s what we know.
Working together, we can address the patterns in your life that have usually left you feeling lonely, empty, sad or misunderstood. We can figure out what is holding you back from having healthy emotional connections with others. Or, we can work on issues that have you relying on unhealthy habits to cope with stress, anxiety, depression or life’s challenges.
You can benefit from therapy if you experience any of the following:
- Anxiety
- Codependency
- Stress
- Unhealthy Relationships
- Parenting Challenges
- Low Self-Esteem or Confidence
- Divorce
- Depression
- Anger
- Grief
- Substance use or abuse
Life Coaching
Sometimes, we just need a gentle push or someone to hear us out in order to move in a positive direction. Other times, we recognise something doesn’t feel right or we are just not feeling as fulfilled and connected as we would like and need some help navigating our next steps.
It’s really easy to get stuck and stay in that unhealthy place, whether in your personal or professional life. Life coaching is best described as action based, solution focused and results driven and doesn’t mean you have to “relive” your childhood and be in therapy for a long time. What it means is that we approach a hurdle or stumbling block and figure out how you can overcome those barriers. We do this at your pace and in a way that works for you.
If you can identify with any of the following, you will benefit from coaching:
- Creating new path in order to achieve tangible goals.
- Improve communication skills.
- Identify mental blocks.
- Clarify personal and/or professional goals.
- Want to challenge yourself and break out of old patterns.
- Feel confused about your next chapter in life-struggling with major life choices.
- You want to hold yourself accountable.
